ugh. so disappoint. thought that i'll end 2010 with 100 posts on my blog and start 2011 in 101 posts. but i can't post 11 more posts in a day right?

at the beginning

i love love stories.
everytime i read or watch a love novels or movies, i always wish i can be part of the story.
imagined what will i do if i'm the female main character.
when i watched movies where the male character is so kind, loves the girl so much, does everything for the girl, but the girl ignores it or loves someone else who is not as good as the male character, i always yelled at the TV how stupid the girl is.
but actually, i'm as stupid as the girl.
when i finished reading or watching love stories, i always wonder will this wonderful thing happen to me? will prince charming come to my life? will anybody sing me bruno mars' just the way you are someday? i wonder...
i know, i'm a dreamer. but nothing's wrong with that right?

the first time go to city so early, arrive at city at 9.30 XD too excited i know haha
but even at 9.30 it's so crowded already! never saw the bus so full before and all the people are going to city -.-
walked from 8.30am(off from home to bus station) to 4.30pm. barely sit. no lunch. no food at all. i don't know how i can manage it. and the most unbelievable thing is today is my first day period. if it's usual day i'm sure i'll collapse. but you know, the spirit of the biggest stocksale has kept me from that hahahah XD
umm, i spent quite a lot today hehehe my one week salary has gone by instance XP
but it worth though. i'm happy :D what's more important than that? ;)

how's the idea of me moving to melbourne next year?
i've been asked if i wanna move to melb for like 3 times since my sister will be there next year.
hmm.. some part of me want it. but another part of me don't :/
so confusing... should i? should i?
if i move, it'll absolutely be funner because i got my high school friends there and my sister and cousins will be there too. and melb must be much more interesting than perth which is so boring :p
but how about my friends here? i've got used to things here.
i don't know. no idea at all :(
i have to make decision soon. oh God, what should i do? sighh..

the tale of reality

The little mermaid by Hans Christian Anderson

The Little Mermaid lives in a utopian underwater kingdom with her father the sea king; her grandmother; and her six elder sisters, each born one year apart. When a mermaid turns 15, she is allowed to swim to the surface to watch the world above, and as the sisters become old enough, one of them visits the surface every year. As each of them returns, the Little Mermaid listens longingly to their various descriptions of the surface and of human beings.

When the Little Mermaid's turn comes, she ventures to the surface, sees a ship with a handsome prince, and falls in love with him from a distance. A great storm hits, and the Little Mermaid saves the prince from a near-drowning. She delivers him unconscious to the shore near a temple. Here she waits until a young girl from the temple finds him. The prince never sees the Little Mermaid.

The Little Mermaid asks her grandmother whether humans can live forever if they do not drown. The grandmother explains that humans have a much shorter lifespan than merfolk's 300 years, but that when mermaids die they turn to sea foam and cease to exist, while humans have an eternal soul that lives on in Heaven. The Little Mermaid, longing for the prince and an eternal soul, eventually visits the Sea Witch, who sells her a potion that gives her legs, in exchange for her tongue (as the Little Mermaid has the most intoxicating voice in the world). The Sea Witch warns, however, that once she becomes a human, she will never be able to return to the sea. Drinking the potion will make her feel as if a sword is being passed through her, yet when she recovers she will have two beautiful legs, and will be able to dance like no human has ever danced before. However, it will constantly feel like she is walking on sharp swords, and her feet will bleed most terribly. In addition, she will only get a soul if the prince loves her and marries her, for then a part of his soul will flow into her. Otherwise, at dawn on the first day after he marries another woman, the Little Mermaid will die brokenhearted and disintegrate into sea foam.

The Little Mermaid drinks the potion and meets the prince, who is attracted to her beauty and grace even though she is mute. Most of all he likes to see her dance, and she dances for him despite her excruciating pain. When the prince's father orders his son to marry the neighboring king's daughter, the prince tells the Little Mermaid he will not, because he does not love the princess. He goes on to say he can only love the young woman from the temple, who he believes rescued him, but adds that the Little Mermaid is beginning to take the temple girl's place in his heart. It turns out that the princess is the temple girl, who had been sent to the temple to be educated. The prince loves her and the wedding is announced.

The prince and princess marry, and the Little Mermaid's heart breaks. She thinks of all that she has given up and of all the pain she has suffered. She despairs, thinking of the death that awaits her, but before dawn, her sisters bring her a knife that the Sea Witch has given them in exchange for their long hair. If the Little Mermaid slays the prince with the knife and lets his blood drip on her feet, she will become a mermaid again, all her suffering will end and she will live out her full life.

The Little Mermaid cannot bring herself to kill the sleeping prince lying with his bride and, as dawn breaks, throws herself into the sea. Her body dissolves into foam, but instead of ceasing to exist, she feels the warmth of the sun; she has turned into a spirit, a daughter of the air. The other daughters of the air tell her she has become like them because she strove with all her heart to gain an eternal soul. She will earn her own soul by doing good deeds, and she will eventually rise up into the kingdom of God. (read the full version here)

counting days

how do you feel if your dream almost comes true, just few steps more, but the driver of your dream is suddenly crashed?
and the ones who crashed it are those the most important ones in your life?
confuse of what i'm talking about? haha
it's just i watched dreams link -a chinese drama-on tv this morning, the story is about triangle love of two sisters and a guy. the guy is the older sister's fiance and the older sister is a professional dancer that's on the days of her career peak. the older sister is focusing on her career so much that sometime she ignored the guy. so day by day, the guy who has closed to both sisters since childhood was closer to younger sister and the younger sister has fell in love to the guy since the beginning and hence, the guy falls to her too.
if the story ends like that, i won't pity the older sister. because it's her own fault.
however, when the guy decided to tell her fiance about the relationship of he and her sister, he's so nervous and they're in a car, so because he's so dumb and nervous, accident happened.
their car's hit by a truck. older sister lost one of her leg.
her dream, her career, gone in a flash. feeling guilty, the guy proposed to her and they got married. eitt, but the story hasn't ended yet.
the guy still loves younger sister even he has got married and the younger sister-so lucky-is loved by a rich man, so younger sister got married and moved to paris.
as i said before, the guy still loves younger sister. and when the older sister found out about the affair of her husband and her sister, which is the main root of her accident, can you imagine how hurt she is? being betrayed like that. loses her precious dream, loses her love, loses trust, loses pride.
and you know what i hate? i hate when the older sister suffers to death, the younger sister, who can be said one of the main cause of her suffer, living happy life in big villa in paris, with handsome rich guy, be the model of new perfume, etc.
well, maybe she's not really happy or whatever.. but the point is how can it be so unfair??
and i don't like the one who played the younger sister in the drama. her acting is so.. i don't know, i don't like it. i think all she did in the acting is cry cry cry and cry.
she cried even more than her older sister-i think-who suffered much more than her.

well, it's a good drama even a lil' bit boring in the middle but still worth to watch :)
my eyes are so heavy already. need to sleep now.
